I am 26 years old and have been in the fitness industry for 9 years. I studied very early and started training at a young age out of interest and for my hobbies. I was 12 years old when I first stepped foot into the gym and had my first PT session, I was a gymnast, cheerleader, BMX rider and karate/boxer then later muay thai.
Fitness and health has been the make up of my life and I am in love with it, but I also have a side to me that's a foodie. I have always given things 100% and loved being a busy body.
I have just become a mother and it has thrown its challenges and a new type of "busy" in the mix which has taught & pushed me to slow down in some ways so I am on a learning journey currently finding ways I can apply and learn what I need to to benefit my clients and mother that come on board.
My main focus is to help woman get to their next level of training while giving a wealth of knowledge. I believe mental health and general health and fitness are hugely connected, so being a mental health cheerleader for my clients and supporting them on their journey is always a key focus for me.
