My Story

I started my fitness journey in CrossFit and Olympic
weightlifting, developing a coaching philosophy built on
training with intent and purpose.

MAIN ACHIEVEMENTS
Competing at the Welsh and British Championships, I achieved:
• Welsh Weightlifting Open 2017 & 2018 - 3rd Placing
• Welsh Weightlifting Championships 2018 - 2nd Placing
• British Weightlifting Championships 2018 - 3rd Placing
A back injury in 2019 changed my approach, shifting my
focus to sustainable progress and movement quality, in
both training and coaching. I later realised that fitness isn’t
just about strength—it’s about cardiovascular fitness too. I
embraced endurance training, proving that strength and
endurance complement each other.
• 4th Place AG 24-29 HYROX Perth 2024
• Marathon & multiple half-marathon finisher

As a Hybrid Coach, I help others develop resilience and
athleticism through a structured and balanced approach
that maximises performance. My coaching focuses on
building strength, cardiovascular fitness/endurance, and
aesthetics, proving that you can be fit, muscular, and
capable—all while improving your running and overall
conditioning.

Hybrid sports like HYROX push your limits, teaching you
that you don’t have to listen to the voice that says “stop”
or “you can’t”—you can keep going.
